Sass’ Birthday Cupcakes

Author: Angel

For her birthday- which was an awesome celebration lemme tell you- Sass ordered chocolate cupcakes with a crème-caramel secret-centre and chocolate fudge icing. I couldn’t resist putting the pettinice shoes on as decoration for our resident fashion queen!

Talita’s Order

Author: Angel

Having tasted my cupcakes before, Talita couldn’t resist ordering them again when a birthday needed celebrating.

teehee… blowing my own horn a little

She ordered vanilla cupcakes with vanilla icing- which I decorated with red and white hundreds and thousands (R10 each), and she ordered strawberry cupcakes wiuth cream cheese icing, which I topped with a whole red glacé cherry (R12 each).

These are chocolate cupcakes and caramel cupcakes, decorated with red butter icing and chocolate fudge icing. And because I was experimenting with recipes and such, my colleagues scored again!

A Dude’s Birthday

Author: Angel

These were ordered for a guy’s birthday. He’s a Twitter user, so the fact that his ID fitted perfectly on 12 cupcakes made the order ideal!

I baked chocolate cupcakes in black paper cups, and then- after slicing off a little bit of the top to make them flat- I covered them with a thick layer of chocolate fudge icing. Doing one letter at a time, I wrote his Twitter name onto the cupcakes using cream cheese icing.
