These are vanilla cupcakes in white paper cups, with blue vanilla butter icing, a little blue glitter and little jelly polar bears!!

I baked vanilla cupcakes in white cups, with white vanilla icing and little fondant leaves and flowers- and since my granny Sheila’s favourite colour is green, I added green edible glitter too!

These were a birthday gift for my granny darling!

These are for a babyshower where the couple doesn’t know yet whether they’re having a boy or a girl. Jessica’s sister has kept it a secret- so when Jessica wanted to order cupcakes for the babyshower, she opted for pink and blue.

They are vanilla with a crème-caramel secret centre, vanilla butter icing coloured pink and blue, and little fondant teddy bears. They also have some edible glitter sprinkled on them, ‘coz I LURV sparkly!!

This week, I had vanilla sample boxes available. I sold 11 of these for R40 each, and when I put the offer out there I had no idea what I was actually going to do with them!

I ended up with several “regular” cupcakes, just cake and icing and sprinkles, several “decadent” cupcakes and a few luxury cupcakes too!

I’m doing a lot of vanilla cake- based orders in the next week, so I think a sampling of vanilla cupcakes may be in order. They’ll have all sorts of colours and decorations- I never really know what I’m going to do until I start playing around!
