I said goodbye to full time employment today. Thats right, I have been working full time, for a boss and a salary, since 1992. I am now setting off on my own and I am very nervous about it… but I have a lot of support and love.
These are the cupcakes that I took to work with me to say goodbye to colleagues and clients. There are vanilla cupcakes cored and stuffed with fresh strawberries or cherries and topped with cream cheese icing. There are some vanilla cupcakes stuffed with caramel, strawberry jam or granadilla pulp, and topped with lemon butter or vanilla butter icing. And there are chocolate cupcakes stuffed with chocolate butter icing anf chocolate decorations.
