Here is a picture of my most recent brain wave!
Its a vanilla cupcake, filled and iced with a vanilla custard icing and topped with shards of caramelised sugar.

And it was so so so yummy!!!!
Was expecting a bit more runny, custardy filling but it was fantastic
Definitely going to order more of these!!!
