The Strawberry Daiquiri cupcakes are made with fresh strawberries and a little rum and topped with a rum and strawberry infused cream cheese icing and her chocolate cupcakes are a selection of creme caramel secret centres, Whisper secret centres and a soft caramel stuffing topped with a chocolate butter cream!

Isn’t this pretty! Its a vanilla and red velvet marble cupcake! Imagine someone’s surprise when they bite into one of these!?!

Thabang asked me to deliver these to her friend for his birthday, as she was going to miss his birthday celebrations.

These are red velvet cupcakes in black paper cups iced with a white vanilla butter icing and topped with fondant-mounted edible print pictures of the birthday boy!

Eggs are best when they’re fresh!

This might sound like I’m stating the obvious, but what I mean is that if you’re trying to seperate eggs for a recipe, when they’re already a week old they start getting very runny and more difficult to handle!

I had a fabulous meeting with a couple on Saturday morning when they came to see me about their wedding cupcakes!

When Natassja emailed me about her and Melvin’s wedding in March I got very excited about her pale yellow and white colour scheme as its one I haven’t done before.
