This luscious looking bit of pastry is a biscuity cake base covered with berries and baked slowly with a cheesecake-ish topping!
It took every ounce of self control not to cut into it myself before Tanya fetched it from me!
This was a beta test recipe from my Baking Bible.

This was really mouthwatering(ly) amazing! Really loved the berries.
