I have discovered, in my baking adventures, that when an American recipe talks about fudge its not the same as the fudge we know and love in good ol’ South Africa. American fudge is usually chocolate floavoured!
Tanya did some beta testing for me this week and asked to test these peanut butter cupcakes. To compliment the chocolate fudge secret centres I topped them with chocolate butter icing and then sprinkled some chopped nuts on top.
I do hope Tanya enjoyed them!

they were delicious! VERY satisfying and perfect with a cuppa coffee ! They are nice and heavy and quite solid, which made them delicious for these cold winter days where you need something delish to cheer you up!
