Jessica ordered these little delights as a surprise for her bosses birthday, and I think they’re absolutely delicious!

The cupcake has passionfruit pulp (AKA granadilla) and creamcheese in it, and they are filled and topped with a swirl of creamy icing and then a smattering of granadilla pulp finishes off the flavour.

These were finished off with little paper flags on cocktail sticks with her boss’s company logo on them.

This was a beta test that Tanya volunteered to try, and as she says they’re definitely not the prettiest cupcakes so I’m definitely going to have to find a way to “jazz” them up a bit, but they are divine! There’s some chopped pecan nuts in them and they’re wonderfully chocolatey…

As Tanya said “…OH.MY.GOSH they are probably the most delicious things I have ever bought from you! Seriously… I’m not kidding. I love love love them!”

These tres leches cupcakes (tres leches means “three milks”),  are meant to be served cold out of the fridge and topped with whipped cream! They are quite sweet and wonderfully sticky, and I think would be fabulous as a dessert! This recipe was also a beta test, and I think I need to find a way to make them prettier too…

This caramel apple cupcake recipe was a beta test- a delicious cinnamon and chopped tart apple base topped with a lightly caramel butter icing, some caramel and a creme caramel square!
