Super rich and moist dark chocolate cupcakes with dark chocolate ganache and dark chocolate shavings.

Margarita cupcakes with lime-tequila butter icing a little lime wedge and a sprinkling of sea salt.

These were ordered by Leigh-Ann!

The Strawberry Daiquiri cupcakes are made with fresh strawberries and a little rum and topped with a rum and strawberry infused cream cheese icing and her chocolate cupcakes are a selection of creme caramel secret centres, Whisper secret centres and a soft caramel stuffing topped with a chocolate butter cream!

This weekend, ExMi’s BF turned 30, and she ordered a batch of strawberry daiquiri cupcakes from me for the celebration.

They have chopped fresh strawberries baked into them along with the rum and a little lime juice, and they’re topped with cream cheese icing infused with rum and such

They were so yummy, I took a batch with me to my daddy darling’s birthday celebration and they were a huge hit!

These are margarita cupcakes.

Yes, I said margarita. With tequila and all- in the cake and in the frosting!

They’re decorated with a tequila-icing glaze, a little wedge of lime and some salt flakes!!

They were a HUGE hit and I’ll definitely be doing them again some time!
