Christening Cupcakes

These are – brace yourselves – white chocolate chip and milk chocolate chip cupcakes!

They’re decorated with pink and white vanilla butter icing and topped with pink sugar paste butterflies and white sugar paste flowers, and the baby girl’s name in pink and white sugar paste letters.

To finish them off, they were put into pink and white polka-dot cupcake wrappers!

Pink and White for a Christening

These pretty pink and white cupcakes were ordered by Annemarie for a christening!

I am rather pleased with what they look like. These vanilla cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes- some with a coconut ice secret centre- are iced with my delectable vanilla butter icing in pale pink and white and topped with a variety of fondant decorations. Some of the decorations I made myself, and some of them are the ready made ones.

A Baby Girl’s Christening

These were ordered by Jay- who was referred by Tanya- who will be getting a discount on her next order for the referral!

Jay asked for half chocolate and half vanilla cupcakes in pink and white with pretty decorations for a baby girls’ christening tea. All of the cupcakes are in pink and white paper cups. The vanilla cupcakes I topped with a lemon butter icing and fondant decorations, and the chocolate cupcakes were topped with a vanilla butter icing and fondant decorations- all in pink and white.

A Christening Gift For Carli

Our new niece is being christened tomorrow, and I baked cupcakes as a gift for the lunch after the service.

They’re a mixture of chocolate with crème caramel secret-centres, vanilla and red velvet cakes in different cups. The icing is all butter icing and I experimented a bit with colours just ‘coz  could. The one that looks like red is actually 3 different colours together, and I rather like how they turned out. I’ll be experimenting with other colours too, and we all know how I love the two-tone icing! The decorations are fondant.
