The Cupcake Lady

This was a gift for my mommy darling- a PA to several big bosses.

Its mostly chocolate, but one is stuffed with something thats like a coconut ice sweet, one has Turkish delight inside and one has fudge inside. They’re topped with chocolate butter icing, vanilla butter icing, dessicated coconut, cream cheese icing… all sorts of things! One is topped with a layer of strawberry flavoured butter icing and covered with melted chocolate, there’s also a red velvet cupcake topped with a layer of chocolate butter icing and then covered with melted chocolate!! When my son tasted one like that he said he thought I had outdone myself

I told my mommy darling she didn’t have to share them with anyone if she didn’t want to.

This weeks’ cupcake club order was for chocolate cupcakes with a nougat secret centre and chocolate butter icing, chocolate cupcakes topped with my trademark soft serve style icing, and red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing.

This was an order from Grant Thornton’s marketing department and were very much enjoyed!

It was a selection consisting of red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing, chocolate cupcakes with a caramel secret centre and chocolate butter icing, and vanilla cupcakes topped with my signature “soft serve” icing.

The cupcake club ordered cupcakes again this week!

“Death by chocolate” was a specification… and the vanilla cherry with cream cheese icing was requested!

The “death by chocolate” turned into an uber decadent secret centre chocolate cupcake, topped with chocolate butter icing and stuffed with- brace yourself- a Lindt Ball!!
