This weekend was blissfully quiet, so I baked for my family to celebrate Easter!
I baked my favourite chocolate recipe, in gold paper cups, and iced them with a white vanilla butter icing in a big swirl. I decorated some of the cupcakes with speckled chocolate eggs, for the others, I made chocolate butterflies!!
Valda ordered these from me! They’re chocolate cupcakes in silver cups, with pink and white two-tone icing (which I love to do) and little pink and white fondant bibs, rattles, booties, bunnies and bottles.
I used two different nozzles for the icing too, so they look a wee bit different.
