Jessica ordered cupcakes for her sister’s birthday celebrations!
Her order consisted of the beehive cupcakes – honey cupcakes with marshmallow icing and little piped chocolate bees, and passion fruit cupcakes (also known as granadilla cupcakes)- granadilla cupcakes filled and topped with a mousse icing and a little passion fruit pulp.
Jessica ordered these little delights as a surprise for her bosses birthday, and I think they’re absolutely delicious!
The cupcake has passionfruit pulp (AKA granadilla) and creamcheese in it, and they are filled and topped with a swirl of creamy icing and then a smattering of granadilla pulp finishes off the flavour.
These were finished off with little paper flags on cocktail sticks with her boss’s company logo on them.
