This was another beta test! A delicious vanilla cupcake base that’s not too sweet, filled with lemon curd and topped with meringue!

Alida orders fairly regularly, and her favourite chocolate cupcakes with chocolate butter icing and creme caramel secret centres are almost always a part of her order, and this time she went to see the options page on my website and spotted the lemon-poppyseed cupcakes! She added them to her order and I topped them with a lemon cream cheese icing.

Rozz’s order consisted of a bit of a variety.  My delectable vanilla cupcakes stuffed with lemon curd and vanilla cupcakes with lemon Turkish delight secret centres were both topped with a lemon cream cheese icing, and the always mouthwatering red velvet cupcakes were topped with cream cheese icing!

This week, The Cupcake Club ordered blueberry cupcakes with purple blueberry icing, lemon and cream cheese cupcakes with lemon butter icing and chocolate cupcakes with malted honeycomb ball secret centres and chocolate butter icing!
