This fresh pear pie was absolutely delicious!

Everyone enjoyed it! Its got a lovely pear taste without being overpoweringly sweet, and served with a little fresh cream, everyone wanted seconds!

This was another foray into the world of dessert pies, and whilst it wasn’t a complete disaster, it wasn’t perfect either.

This one is a baked biscuit crust, topped with a baked chocolate fudge layer. That is then covered with a layer of chopped Snickers chocolate bars, and then a cheesecake layer topped with a chocolate ganache! Do you have toothache yet?

It is ridiculously sweet and everyone who tried it could only manage one small slice!

This was my first attempt at a pie recipe- a fresh strawberry pie.

I’m going to find a new recipe for a strawberry pie as I wasn’t very happy with this one, but my son enjoyed it- he at 3/4 of it on his own!!

I also baked a chocolate fudge pie that was very rich and simply divine when I served it a la mode!!
