Karen ordered cupcakes-in-a-jar for her wedding this weekend! This is my first order for these eye catching delights, and I think they’re going to look fabulous gracing the tables at Karen’s wedding!

Here are the jars I used for this order, be-ribboned and ready to be filled with delicious chocolate cupcakes and chocolate mousse icing! The lime green ribbon is specially for Karen’s wedding colour scheme, and the spoon tied into the bow is part of this treats ready-to-eat allure!

And here they are- all filled up and ready to be eaten!

I was kicking myself all weekend because I didn’t take my camera with me when I delivered these wedding cupcakes for Natassja and Melvin to the Indaba Hotel!!

They were chocolate and vanilla cupcakes topped alternately with a white and yellow butter icing piped rose, and a custard buttercream piped rose.

The white rose cupcake wrappers were from Paperkutz.

This past weekend, Aimee and Louis got married at Accolades in Midrand.

They came to see me for the first time late last year and came back again a few weeks before their wedding. They both wanted chocolate cupcakes but Louis liked the Turkish delight secret centres and Aimee the creme caramels, so they did both!

I had a fabulous meeting with a couple on Saturday morning when they came to see me about their wedding cupcakes!

When Natassja emailed me about her and Melvin’s wedding in March I got very excited about her pale yellow and white colour scheme as its one I haven’t done before.

Just wait till you see what they decided on for their March 5^th wedding!! Its going to be spectacular!!

Lauren had a vintage themed wedding, and asked me to make chocolate cupcakes with a coffee flavoured icing which is light brown, and I then added a little gold spray to each cupcake for a vintage look.

The cupcake stand is simply gold covered cake boards with tall shot glasses seperating them!
