Toppers, Decorations and Packaging
- There is a wide variety of cupcake toppers available. They can be custom made and the price is determined by the degree of difficulty of the theme. Custom made toppers need to be ordered a minimum of 10 working days before delivery, although more time may be needed for large quantities (view an album on Facebook).
- No copyright requests please (example: Smurfs, Disney, BBC, XBox, Professional Sports Teams, etc), although I can make cupcake toppers that coordinate with these themes.
- Cupcake wrappers or collars are available (and can be custom made with a minimum of with 3 weeks notice), or you can supply your own. Putting them on your cupcake order is an additional R7 per cupcake, this excludes the purchase price.
- Printed chocolate decorations are also available with a weeks’ notice for ordering and shipping.
- Cupcakes can be individually packaged in clear plastic or white boxes at an additional R20 per cupcake, this includes one metre of ribbon tied around the box.
- A cupcake-in-a-jar costs an additional R10 per cupcake- it includes a small disposable spoon tied to the neck of the jar, in the ribbon colour of your choice with gold lids on the jar (white lids must be specified). ”Thank you” or other message stickers or tags can be arranged at an additional cost and need to be ordered at least one week in advance.
- Your order will be packaged in white cake boxes, but plastic “clamshells” that hold 6 cupcakes can be arranged for an additional R10 per batch of 12.
- Your cupcakes can also be individually packaged in small plastic cups with lids for an additional R5 per cupcake.
Stands
- With enough notice, cupcake stands can be arranged for R450, with R300 refundable on return/ collection of the undamaged stand.
Delivery
- Normal deliveries are charged at R1.75 per kilometre.
- Wedding and event delivery and set up is R250.
Terms
- Cupcakes must be ordered in batches of 12, unless you require more than 60.
- Orders of 200 cupcakes or more require at least two (2) week’s notice.
- Orders of custom sugarpaste work require at least two (2) week’s notice.
- Quotes are valid for 10 days after the quote date.
- On acceptance of the quote, an invoice will be issued as order confirmation.
- For the following, a 50% deposit is required on receipt of the invoice:
- orders of more than 60 cupcakes and/or
- orders valued at over R400 and/or
- custom made sugarpaste decorations .
- Cupcake parties need to be booked and a 50% deposit paid two weeks before the party date.
- Order collections must be done between 9am and 6pm on weekdays, and by 9:30am on Saturdays. Saturday deliveries will be made by 11am.
- EFT payments are preferred, with full payment due the day before the delivery or collection, proof of payment to be emailed or faxed. If you are going to make use of a direct cash deposit, you will have to pay an additional R20 to cover bank fees.
- Whilst every care is taken during preparation and delivery, I can accept no responsibility for the cupcakes after delivery or collection.
