These chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were embellished with sugar paste decorations to match Claudia’s Parisian themed with a red, blue and white colour scheme.
The chocolate cupcakes were topped with white vanilla butter icing and decorated with the birthday girl’s name in blue sugar paste. The remaining cupcakes were topped with small sugar paste discs that were either blue and white or red and white striped, and accentuated with a small red or blue heart. The vanilla cupcakes were topped with chocolate butter icing and decorated with “happy birthday” in red sugar paste.
