Neapolitan Cupcakes-In-A-Jar

I have always loved the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavour combinations of Neapolitan ice cream, and lately I’ve been seeing a lot of baked versions of the Neapolitan flavours- cakes, cupcakes, desserts- all sorts!

On Friday my sister had a baby boy, and I won’t be able to see the new family just yet as I’m getting over a bout of bronchitis, so I baked. Its what I do.
