Christmas Fruitcake Cupcakes

This is another order of this incredible fruitcake recipe- cherries, raisins, sultana, nuts*… wow!

These have been decorated with my fabulous white vanilla butter icing and topped with melting snowmen, crashed Santas and chilly snowmen in hats and scarves.

*there’s no citrus or dates in this recipe
