Today I made my last wedding delivery for 2013!
Phumzile planned her wedding from overseas and we did all our communicating via email! Today she was crazy busy setting up for her wedding at River Place when I arrived, and she gave me the cake toppers she had brought with her. With flowers from Pink Energy, I finished the decorating of the cake and placed it on a stand supplied by the venue.
The cake is red velvet and cream cheese icing, covered with white sugar paste ruffles.
She also ordered vanilla cupcakes-in-jars as wedding favours for her guests, with white lids and light grey ribbons.
It was all looking so pretty when I left – I hope the rest of their day was spectacular!
