This two-tiered birthday cake has a chocolate bottom tier, filled with chocolate buttercream, and a vanilla top tier, filled with coconut buttercream.
It is decorated with a cookie-crumb beach sand sprinkled with sugar paste gems, sugar diamonds, gold sugar paste doubloons, and edible pearls, and the treasure chest is “floating” on a piece of the wrecked ship with shark fins in the water.
I had to rush to get a picture ‘coz I was baking when it was collected and I hadn’t photographed it yet!
