I have been craving my red velvet brownies for aaages, and I finally got around to making them for myself and the two men in my life!
I added dried cranberries (I used fresh ones last time and that didn’t work very well) and roughly chopped macadamia nuts to this batch and I can’t get enough of them!
The dried cranberries add a perfect, slightly tart balance to the sweetness of the cookie, and the macadamia nuts add texture and flavour, and a brownie isn’t a brownie without nuts!
